Please join us for our 15th Annual Heartbeat Gala on Thursday, February 15, 2024. The Heartbeat Gala provides an opportunity for the pro-life community to gather to show support for A Choice to Make Pregnancy Resource for what we do for the Pee Dee and surrounding area.  A Choice to Make is a Christian, pro-life ministry proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and providing practical, emotional, and spiritual assistance to women and men who face unplanned pregnancies, promoting alternatives to abortion, training in parenting skills, and offering abstinence education.

This year our special guest speakers are Alan and Lisa Robertson of the Duck Dynasty Clan. Al & Lisa Robertson have served in full and volunteer ministry for the WFR Church in West Monroe, LA for over 35 years. Al pastored there for over 22 years before leaving to return to the family business, Duck Commander, in 2013 and to begin appearing on the Robertson’s TV show, Duck Dynasty. Al is the oldest son in the Robertson clan & Lisa is the family's original daughter-in-law.

Al and Lisa, have been married for over 38 years and have two married daughters and six grandchildren. They live in West Monroe, LA & Gulf Shores, AL and have co-authored three books: A New Season, about their life and marriage; The Duck Commander Devotional for Couples; and their latest book, Desperate Forgiveness. They travel together all over America sharing the Gospel of Christ along with their story of brokenness, restoration and healing in their marriage and also speak on behalf the unborn and the pro-life movement.

Al currently serves as host of the BlazeTV Podcast, Unashamed with Phil & Jase Robertson, and Lisa sells real estate in Alabama and Louisiana.

The event starts at 6:15 pm with heavy appetizers and the program starts at 7:00 pm.
